Senior Key Account Manager, APAC

China Full-time Allows remote

EBANX is a leading cross border payment and tech company in LATAM. We are searching for a senior key account manager with a lot of will to help our APAC Merchants and PSPs, offering them the best experience while working with EBANX. This position will be located in the APAC region and it's home office-based. It's important to have experience working with enterprises and to understand a complex sales environment. We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirit, to be engaged, autonomous and able to learn fast.

Besides to try conquering the World your responsibilities will be:

  • Monitor, measure, and negotiate with key Merchants and propose strategies to improve their results;
  • Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by cross and upselling;
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with the client leading them to an amazing experience;
  • Respond to client’s demands and correctly address the other areas;
  • Work closely with the other teams at EBANX to improve overall customer satisfaction;
  • Negotiate with key accounts;
  • Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel (up to 50% of the time).

What is essential for the job?

  • Long-term experience as key account manager or business development;
  • Understanding of the Saas, E-commerce and complex sales environment;
  • Fluent Mandarin and English;
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills;
  • Analytical Skills and attention to details;
  • Self-manageable profile;
  • Experience within the Chinese market.
