Business Management Officer

The BMO will handle a broad range of administrative functions to support the CEO’s tasks. A broeden knowledge of the best practices of business administration and personnel management are critically important. Because many job responsibilities are financial in nature, a working knowledge related to the generally accepted accounting principles, as well as the ability to plan and direct fiscal and business services, are also essential.

What is essential for the job?

  • Financial background (Investors relations, M&A, business strategy)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including the board, state officials (such as BNDES) and the general public.
  • The BMO is also responsible for protocol, external official events involving the figures of the executives and for setting up their support system for their daily tasks. Usually a BMO has 1-2 direct reports that service a whole group of executives in their time, task, presence and personal affairs management.
  • Fluent english
