Marketing Specialist - Post-Sales Project

EBANX is looking for a super senior Marketing specialist to plan and carry out the MKT project of value delivery in the post-sales stages of our merchants journey (don't give up if you are a MKT Coordinator before reading about the position, ‘cause this may be the job for you). You must know it all in terms of Marketing, a little bit of each: performance, content, events and product Marketing. You will be responsible for the Marketing projects and deliveries for the 1000 (and growing!) EBANX merchants, considering touchpoints, communication workflow within their journey, Latam market intelligence packing and delivery, MKT advisory in Latam and so on.

Your focus will be their growth and satisfaction through Marketing deliverables. In order to do so, you will be the MKT specialist within the Account Management, Merchant Operations and Merchant Success teams. At the same time, you will be the Post-Sales specialist within the MKT team. Like a double agent, you will be the interface among several EBANX areas (Product, Post-Sales, Operations) and MKT internal disciplines (Performance, Creative, Content, Thought Leadership e Branding).


Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:

  • Create and carry out the strategies to value generation and value delivery for merchants, focused on growth and satisfaction
  • For that to happen, align, negotiate and prioritize actions and deliverables with all impacted teams, with the strategic vision for the short, mid and long terms
  • Be the interface with the most interdisciplinary professionals at Marketing (copywriters, designers, performance professionals and developers) and at EBANX (Sales and Post-sales teams and, also, people in Operations). We count on you to speak their languages and engage them
  • Understand, monitor and contribute to the Post-Sales KPIs, such as NPS, CSAT, TPV growth, Lifetime ratio, Response SLA and others
  • Also, act as a project leader, kicking-off, following up and delivering projects (hands on is a must), making sure the below is delivered:
    • Growing merchant centric culture within EBANX
    • Communication workflow with continuous touchpoints
    • Delivery of MKT packed new products and new features
    • Delivery of MKT packed Latam market intelligence
    • A partner/suppliers catalog for support in Latam (living and continuously changing document)
    • Branding and thought leadership among EBANX merchants
    • Engagement of merchants on proposed activities
    • Monitoring and moving the needle on essential Post-Sales KPIs

What's mandatory?

  • A couple of years experience with B2B MKT, focused on growth
  • Experience leading projects
  • Experience with Marketing and CRM tools, such as SalesForce and Hubspot
  • Data orientation for monitoring and making decisions
  • Ability to move and decide with limited information available
