About the position

We are searching for a Organizational Development Analyst to join our Talent Metrics Squad to drive and support the implementation of the talent management strategy, processes and projects.

Business Partner Squad will be formed by a Business Partner, a Talent Attraction and a Talent Management professional and will be accountable to deliver best-in-class solutions for developing and retaining talent at EBANX and implement solutions that strengthen employee engagement, growth, impact and productivity.

Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:

  • To work with Line Manager (HR Business Partners) to lead and facilitate the development of a market talent plan which identifies key talent priorities linked to the business strategy; exemple:
    • Keep up with language classes grades and frequency ;
    • Support with performance review;
    • Create and update indicators;
  • To work with the Dotted Line Manager to implement Talent Management projects;
  • To drive the development and implementation of ;
    • Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training);
    • Develop mentoring and coaching sessions;
    • Build succession plans;
    • Crafting an internal promotion process;
    • Build a talent pipeline that aligns with our hiring needs and business objectives;
    • Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs;

What's mandatory:

  • Fluent English (we will test it);
  • Experience in human resource development, organizational design and effectiveness, talent development
  • Capability to handle cross functional/hierarchical relationships
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills;
  • Analytical Skills and attention to details;
