Chargeback Management Coordinator

The Chargeback Managment Coordinator is a role that will give you the opportunity to lead people, projects and processes. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the area’s current processes, projects regarding new features and our expansion throughout LATAM when it touches chargebacks and fraud prevention matters. This role will ideally suit a person with team development experience, well organized, strategy driven and with notions regarding global payments or financial services ecosystem.

Responsibilities will be:

  • Prepare current processes to sustainably fit EBANX growth.
  • Support on developing team members skills and knowledge.
  • Close collaboration and partnership with a diverse cross functional team (e.g. Customer Services, IT, Product, Legal and Finance).
  • Consultancy regarding Fraud Prevention specific needs during integration with new partners and countries.
  • Ensure all external and internal flows and processes are working properly.
  • Work closely with the involved areas during new products creation.
  • Promote partnership with vendors and other third-party companies.
  • Define key metrics in order to measure the success of the area and the business.
  • Work close and effectively with technical teams.
