Merchant Development Support Executive SR

We are searching for Merchant Development Support Executive to be responsible for supporting our APAC Business Development team which leads a relevant portfolio of enterprise accounts of EBANX and will be key to provide the best experience while working at EBANX.

It is important to have experience with managing accounts, analytics skill set, have a good mind for details and also be flexible, to have an entrepreneurial spirit, to be engaged, autonomous and able to learn fast.

In this role, your responsibilities will be: 

  • Onboard, activate, train and contribute to the success of our (enterprise) merchants
  • Monitor, track and analyze the day-to-day account KPIs, and prepare top of the notch support material (presentations, playbooks, info graphics, dashboards, etc) to the APAC Region
  • Support the business development team  in order to prepare customized analysis and support key projects to the merchant, being the liaison point between merchant’s operations teams and specialists inside EBANX.
  • Be the main point of contact for Merchant’s operations teams and develop and maintain an excellent relationship with them leading to an amazing experience during service interruptions and business escalations. Be the link between teams, at EBANX and within the merchant business operations teams;
  • Work with and drive internal EBANX teams to maximize the deliveries and achieve Merchant’s expected results;
  • Be part and lead meetings related to performance and operations KPIs; International travel might be required;
  • Work with EBANX regional team  and the merchant’s teams to identify areas of improvements, processes improvements and gain of efficiencies. Be the business expert for the merchant inside EBANX

What is essential for the job?

  • Experience working in handling Merchants Operations in Payments: be able to manage different types of Merchant’s demands from financial, technical, operational, analytical to business;
  • Analytical data mindset, as this executive will have to understand deeply the payment conversion funnel and payment landscape
  • Experience as Account Manager in Payments can also be acceptable;

- Project Management experience is highly appreciated

  • Previous experiences in financial Reconciliation and BI Tools are appreciated;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics or related;
  • Good communication and relationship skills; Superior skills in developing material for executive presentations
  • SQL knowledge desirable
  • Self-manageable profile;
  • Fluent English mandatory
  • Spanish desirable
  • Chinese as third language is certainly a PLUS
