Merchant Success Analyst

We are searching for a Merchant Success Analyst  to be part of our Customer Success B2B area within EBANX, and be responsible for our merchant’s journey, by providing top notch experience addressing projects with several areas.


It is important to get used with fast paced environment, understand the fundamentals of Customer Success, have a sharp analytics skill set, good mind for details and also be flexible. Have an entrepreneurial spirit, be engaged, autonomous, collaborative and able to learn fast.


In this role, your responsibilities will be: 

  • Create KPI’s and implement monitoring tools in the business support area of EBANX
  • Collaborate with your peers in Merchant Success, Sales, Business development, Support, Product, Operations, Marketing, Content, Project Mgmt, Business Intelligence and other functional teams
  • Accountable of the merchant journey within EBANX, your role is make sure that we offer an awesome experience, by monitoring and improving touch points with a data analytics approach
  • Plan and execute projects that will foster efficiency and/or experience
  • Implement new processes and content with internal teams to expedite merchant onboarding and adoption of our products and services
  • Plan and execute surveys with our merchant’s portfolio, gather feedbacks and feed internal teams for improvements from our customer’s perspective
  • Have mindset of “putting yourself on the merchant’s shoes” and use data to support cases
  • Standardize dashboards, KPI’s, cases, helping produce supporting content to be used by different teams that will bring value to our merchant’s discussion table.


What is essential for the job?

  • Analytical data mindset to support use cases and implement new KPI’s;
  • Experience from Payments space desirable;
  • Project Management experience is highly appreciated;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics or related;
  • Good communication and relationship skills; 
  • SQL knowledge desirable
  • Self-manageable profile;
  • Fluent English mandatory
  • Spanish desirable
  • Chinese as third language is certainly a PLUS
