We are looking for a Product Marketing Analyst SR to be part of a high potential team helping Product B2B to build and delivery right solutions to the right public at the right time for our Cross Border merchants.

As a Product Marketing Analyst you will play a pivotal role in the Product Development Cycle, working to bring market knowledge to inside (client, trends, competitors), packing products  according to market need, connecting Product B2B teams to internal stakeholders communicating ongoing projects, managing product launches and transferring product knowledge beyond EBANX. Reporting to the Product Manager, you'll work together to define, support and communicate Product roadmap, making sure the product storytelling is clear, consistent and aligned among stakeholders.

You will work collaboratively in a cross-functional & Agile-oriented team with colleagues in the Product Team and cross-functionally with colleagues in other areas of the business (eg Sales, Technology, Marketing, Accountant, Fraud Prevention) to evolve existing products and deliver new ones, with the latest user experience best practices.

 

Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:

  • Market research: discover problems in the market by interviewing customers, recent evaluators and untapped, potential customers, besides understanding competitors solutions.
  • Define Product positioning
  • Define and act on key metrics in order to measure the success of our products
  • Support content marketing creation
  • Asset assessment: inventory our assets (technical, skills, services, other) and determine ways that they can be leveraged
  • Launch: plan, execute and measure the effectiveness of go-to-market strategy
  • Sales alignment: use your market knowledge to help sales align their selling process to the way the market wants to buy
  • Elaborate and execute campaigns to foment product sales and use
  • Develop strong relationships with your stakeholders (internal and external) ensuring regular communication
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build world-class products

 

What's mandatory:

  • Graduated in Marketing, Business Administration or related areas
  • Experienced with direct or indirect Leadership of Product teams in a tech startup or other fast growth environment
  • Robustly experienced working with digital product in Product Marketing or Market Intelligence area in which you have shipped complex products successfully – from ideation to launch
  • High levels of empathy with our product users and able to understand their product needs
  • Strong experience in the Product Development Cycle: can work effectively with UX and Product team
  • Experience and engagement on Agile and Lean philosophies
  • Driven to get things done - the world needs more makers
  • Great communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish will be differential) 
  • Be smart, creative and persistent
  • Passionate about your work and about being part of something special
  • A strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Organization – strong sense of process and project reports
