Commercial VP APAC

China Full-time Allows remote

We are seeking a Commercial VP, APAC to lead EBANX's expansion in the Asia Pacific region. In this role you will be a primary driver of expanding our business by providing customers with our state-of-the-art solutions. You will execute the commercial strategy and be in charge of developing new global E-Commerce partnerships as well as growing existing ones.

As the leader of our international expansion you will lead by example and drive growth by personally onboarding new merchants as well as recruiting and developing a top notch commercial team.

Core business for this role 

  • Grow revenue through direct contact with customers, building sales channels and seeking new industry verticals;
  • Design and execute an effective go to market strategy to enable the organization to achieve its goals;
  • Achieve 100% YoY growth in TPV;
  • Upgrade the sales function through hiring experts in all key functions in a timely manner;
  • Exponentially increase customer satisfaction and also the geographical and vertical spread of revenue
  • Demonstrate a track record of sales business and acquired leadership skills;
  • Experience in complex sales and ability to manage complex business environments;
  • Deep local market exposure, experience preferably within SaaS and E-Commerce;
  • Hands on - you have to be willing to roll up your sleeves and lead the front, you'll lead the way to improve the business holistically;
  • Results oriented and highly motivated to grow with EBANX.

  • Bilingual; English and Mandarin a must.
